Crew List

with the names of the paddlers, which will compete in each
competition. Do so for all competitions, that your crew will
participate in.
Please bring your crew lists with you, when the teamcaptains
meet at the Teamcaptain Meeting on July 19.

Opening Ceremony - Important Information
Tuesday, July 19, the big Opening Ceremony for
the ICF Club Crew World Championships will take place in the
Old Garden (Alten Garten) of Schwerin's historic Castle. Here
are some detailled information about the ceremony:
From 6 to 9:30 pm there will be a Welcome Party
for all crews participating in the ICF CCWC. At 9:30 all the
crews will walk together through the downtown area of the
city towards Schwerin's castle. At 10pm the crews, supporters
and other visitors will take their seats.
PLEASE NOTE: We ask all the
international clubs to name 11 persons, who will represent
their nation in the Entry of the Nations. Please send us the
names of the persons who will compose the delegation for you
team. Please don't forget to include you club name and a contact
person, which we can call if it's necessary. Send us the information

The Opening Ceremony will start at 10:15pm.
You'll see a colourful cultural program. Ullrich Feldhoff,
president of the ICF will welcome the athletes and open the
competitions. Other popular persons that will be present at
the Opening Ceremony:
Shoken Narita ICF Vice President, Aki Chen, president of the
Taiwan Canoe Federation and host of the ICF WCC 2006, Olaf
Heukrodt - president of the German Canoe Federation, Harald
Ringstorf - Primeminister of the state Mecklenburg Vorpommern,
and patron of the ICF CCWC in Schwerin, Norbert Claussen major
of the city of schwerin, as well as Andreas Dittmer, 3 time
winner in the Olympic Games in Flatwater Canoeing plus many
other athletes from all over the world.
